All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2-4 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@scentedgem.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Loss or Damages
Scented Gem is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@scentedgem.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the given time frame above or the tracking status has not changed in the last 5 days, please email us as soon as possible at contact@scentedgem.co.uk with your order number and we will contact the courier to discuss this further.
Please note, if agreed by us a refund or replacment will not be issued until a full investigation is completed and a successful insurance claim is achieved from the coruier. This can take between 14-28 days from the date a claim is submitted. The maximum Insurance for Every is £25. If your Order is valued more than this please ensure you choose DPD.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
